I noticed some of myself in him as far as creativity. He likes to express himself and do different things with the football. He can line up at receiver and run any route, and he can come in the backfield and give it to you inside and out. His elusiveness and ability in space are noticeable. Those are good things. We have to make sure we keep him healthy and do enough things to compliment players in the system. He's a guy who can change games. Reggie's a play-maker, so we've just got to find ways to continue to get us both the ball. He just has those same skills. He doesn't have to think, 'I'm going to fake left and go right.' You just do it. He's a special talent. I knew it from early on. He's unique. He has a lot of potential, a lot of game- breaking potential. When he's lined up wide, you have to cover him with a cornerback. When he goes in motion, defenses have to decide who they send with him. And if he gets one-on-one with a linebacker out there, it's just unfair. There is a lot of promise in that young guy. I like everything about him. He's a dynamic player. He's the reincarnation of Marshall Faulk. It took me only about five days in his first training camp before I was breaking out the films of Gale Sayers. He does so many of the same things, especially in the open field. He's such a special player, a once-in-a-lifetime talent. He's a game-changer, with his speed, instincts, vision and competitiveness. He's just so much fun to watch. He's very special. Every time he touches the ball, you know he can go all the way.
