I'll take a nice assist any day over points. A point guard is judged by wins and losses. I think I’m doing a good job. We like what we've got coming together here. It’s a good mix of guys. My responsibility is to get people into the offense. I’m out there playing free, not worrying about if I make a mistake, I might have to come out or this or that—I can just go out there and play. A lot of people have high expectations. I’m just going to do the best I can. "Whatever role they want me in, I’m here to do that." "It seems like teams want a guy who can get 10, 11, 12 assists. That's the kind of player I want to be. Sometimes that is more important than scoring 30 points a night." "They traded three first-round draft picks to get me, so they are expecting a lot." "I try to get control of the tempo, control of the flow, and get my teammates the ball in the best position to score."
