RADIO
SPIRITS
Did you know we’re experts in old-time
radio? Television and movies, too! Black
Book has researched, written and designed
more than a dozen 32-page books to accompany CD
collections by Radio Spirits. Our Bob Hope Collection
was the last writing project with which Hope himself
was involved. We have also worked with Jackie
Mason, Yogi Berra and Larry King.

MILLBROOK
PRESS
We designed and executed more than two dozen
sports biographies in the New Wave series. Millbrook
relied on our sports expertise to select young,
up-and-coming athletes with shelf-life and staying
power. Among the stars we picked “way back
when” were Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Allen
Iverson, Andruw Jones, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and
Se Ri Pak. We also produced books on Lance Armstrong,
Tony Hawk, Derek Jeter, Tiger Woods and other
mega-stars. |

This book follows the story of All-Star Jason

GROLIER
ALL-PRO LIBRARY
These landmark reluctant-reader biographies
were done with the cooperation of more than two
dozen sports stars, ranging from the late Florence
Griffith Joyner to Jeff Gordon. Working with athletes
(some of whom can be a little reluctant, too!)
became our specialty during this project, which
saw 30 titles designed and written in 20 weeks.
